In the design, we can influence the public by creating a harmonious space, interweave two different forms of public space of indoor block and outdoor open block, and integrate with commercial space. By paying homage to the industrial revolution and neoclassicism with great influence in the 18th century, the indoor block creates a new scene of simplicity and innovation brought by the traces of industrial revolution and the spiritual symbol of classical style, changing the old spatial empiricism and opening up innovative space experience. Open block is a new positioning after the epidemic. In the space design, we should adjust measures to local conditions and consider its local characteristics, so that the open block has the brand of regional city, connected with the city and integrated with the city.
