　　北京慧特皮草有限公司，是一家集经营各种国内外皮毛产品、采购、制造、加工、生产、贸易、服务一条龙企业。和国内外众多皮草公司建立了合作伙伴关系。皮草企业本身就具有特殊性，加之企业董事长是一位具有国际眼光的女强人，因此很快本案的气质即被定义，“时尚”“柔美”“尊崇”“定制”。整个项目要兼顾展示、办公、生产等多种功能，因此各个空间的设计手法不同，一层为接待展示区，柔美的曲线延伸到各功能区，时尚感油然而生。二层为主要办公区，仿佛从一层盘旋而上的柔美曲线，在空间中流动，使整个办公环境通透、时尚。其他4个楼层为生产和服务员工区，采用简洁大方的设计手法。整个项目时尚唯美，很好的塑造了慧特皮草企业的气质。

　　Beijing Witty fur Co., Ltd, a large-scale company, takes the main business such as fur products, purchasing, manufacturing, processing, trading and serving. It has established the cooperative relationship with several fur companies both domestic and overseas. The fur company has its own characteristic and besides, the chairman of the company is an able woman who has an international eyesight. Thus, the whole style was soon decided---“fashion,””grace,””respect,””custom-made”. The functions of exhibition, working and fashion will be taken into consideration. Different design method has been used for different spaces. The first floor is the reception and exhibition area. Graceful curves extend to several function areas, bringing out the sense of fashion. The second floor is working space. A curve, which circles upward, is floating in the space. This makes the space transparent and fashionable. The other four floors are manufacturing and serving areas. The design for these floor focuses on tidiness. The whole project is fashionable and aesthetic, embodying the characteristic of the company in an elaborate way.
