　　榆树庄房地产投资公司位于北京市丰台区榆树庄公园内，本案室内设计在土建规划阶段就参与其中。建筑风格以“公园里的建筑，建筑里的园林”为理念。建筑为地上一层、下沉一层，四周被假山、绿植、人造湖环绕着;建筑中间有中庭、绿化、室内设计定位也延续了建筑风格，采用园林借景的方法，大面积的开窗、留白，来达到移步换景的视觉效果。其主要功能：一层包括接待大厅、董事长办公室、办公区、会议室，卫生间。下沉一层包括员工餐厅、豪华大包间、中包间、休息室、办公区、卫生间。

　　Yushuzhuang Realty Investment Co., Ltd is located in the Yushuzhuang Park in Beijing, Fengtai district. This case is designed to take part in during the period of civil engineering construction. The construction style focuses on the concept of “The park in the structure, while the structure in the park.” The structure is designed to be surrounded by artificial hills, green plants and man-made lake. In the centre, there will be patio and virescence. For the indoor design, it also follows the style of outdoors. Large areas of windows and vacancy will help people feel the outside landscape. The main functions are: the first floor including reception hall, Chairman’s office, working areas, meeting rooms, toilets. The sunken floor includes: canteen, luxurious large-size parlor, middle-size parlor, rest room, working space, toilets.
